As part of our activities, we applied for and obtained in July 2016 a concession from the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration in the area of protection services for persons and property carried out in the form of technical security. A division for the Protection of Classified Information has been established at the company and a registry has been set up. The division is headed by a plenipotentiary for the Protection of Classified Information, holding a security clearance issued by the Internal Security Agency. The staff and employees carrying out their tasks have security clearances with appropriate confidentiality clauses.

In 2018, as part of the process of obtaining the First Degree Industrial Security Certificate, an Autonomous Computer Workstation was created for processing classified information within the maximum clause „CONFIDENTIAL”. The Industrial Security Certificate is a document confirming the enterprise’s ability to ensure the protection of classified information from unauthorised disclosure in connection with the execution of contracts or tasks. It is issued by the Internal Security Agency or the Military Counter-intelligence Service (SKW) after conducting a screening procedure called the industrial security investigation.

An industrial security investigation is conducted in order to determine whether an enterprise has the capability to protect classified information in various aspects, including financial, organizational, personnel. As part of this procedure, security clearances are also carried out for individuals who are to be granted access to classified information.
The First Degree Industrial Security Certificate we have obtained means that the company has the compete ability to protect national classified information within the maximum clause „CONFIDENTIAL”. Furthermore, the company has obtained the Third Degree Industrial Security Certificate confirming its ability to protect North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s classified information: „NATO SECRET”, „NATO CONFIDENTIAL”; European Union: „SECRET EU”, „CONFIDENTIAL EU”.
